TFL F.C. Academy
From training to professional clubs in the capital of Spanish football. Two tracks: a Development program for juniors (14–16) and the Pro Exposure pathway (17+), built in three phases, a competitive season in Madrid, immersive tryouts inside 1st and 2nd division club structures, and a closing month of professional immersion.
Run by someone who has walked the pathway
Víctor Muñoz — Managing Partner & Program Director
Formed at Real Madrid C.F. from U11 to U18, then Celta de Vigo and Spain's youth national teams (U15–U18). Played at UCLA, became the first Spanish player ever drafted into MLS, and went on to professional careers at Sporting Kansas City, D.C. United and Phoenix Rising. Today: FIFA-licensed agent, UEFA-licensed coach, 15+ years in the football industry. Directing both the boys' and girls' programs.
The program plugs players into a working professional network rather than a closed academy bubble:
Among the professionals who vouch for TFL: Nacho Fernández (Al-Qadsiah FC), Claudia Zornoza (Utah Royals), Andy Rose (Seattle Sounders, coach) and Maricarmen Reyes (Club Tigres).

Three phases of one season
The season is engineered as a funnel toward professional football. First you compete, then you are shown, then you are embedded. Girls follow the same structure through Liga F and Primera/Segunda Federación FUTFEM environments.
Season · Sep–Feb · Madrid
A competitive season inside federation football: 4–5 sessions a week with TFL F.C. plus 4–5 with top Madrid clubs, official games with professional teams, RFEF registration, strength & conditioning, injury prevention, nutrition and mental coaching.
Tryouts · Mar–Apr · Spain
Eight weeks of immersive tryouts: two weeks in each of four clubs from LaLiga structures and 1st and 2nd division environments, arranged and accompanied by FIFA-licensed agents. Every tryout is filmed and reported on.
Immersion · May · Spain
A one-month professional immersion inside a top club, allocated on performance: full integration with the squad, all trainings, games with the first team, a club evaluation, and the possibility of a contract, with agent support.
During tryouts players live in the clubs' official residences, train with the club academy, watch first-team and youth matches and get to know the city. Tryout partners include:

Questions about TFL, answered
Which clubs does TFL work with for professional tryouts?
TFL arranges tryouts inside leading Spanish club structures, including Celta de Vigo, Real Sociedad, Cultural y Deportiva Leonesa, Racing de Santander, SD Huesca, Rayo Vallecano and Alcobendas CF.
How do the club tryouts actually run?
In the last three months of the season players spend two weeks in each of four clubs, eight weeks in total: they live in the clubs' official residences, train with the club academy, watch first-team and youth matches and get to know the city. In May the player returns for a full month to the club where he showed his best level.
What is the difference between the junior and PRO tracks?
The Development track (14–16) builds the player: 4–5 sessions a week with TFL plus sessions with top Madrid clubs and a strong school component. The PRO track (17+) is the intensive route: 10 sessions a week, a competitive season and guaranteed club tryouts leading to professional exposure.
Are the club tryouts guaranteed?
Yes. On the PRO track the tryouts are a mandatory, included part of the program, not an option. Juniors of the Development track get their exposure through regular sessions with Madrid clubs as part of training.
What exactly does the residence include?
An individual furnished room, full board with three meals, Wi-Fi and utilities, bed linen, towels and laundry, a dining hall, lounge and games rooms, a gym, study rooms and a library, 24/7 support, plus transport to activities and cultural excursions.
Does the player need Spanish?
No. The program includes an intensive Spanish course, translator support in the first period and daily language practice. Schooling can run in English through the American Diploma options.
What documents are needed to enroll?
A player questionnaire, a passport copy, a medical certificate, sports insurance, game footage or a coach's reference, and education documents for minors. We guide the family through the whole list.
Is medical care covered?
Yes, medical insurance is included: check-ups, injury treatment, specialist consultations and rehabilitation. Medical staff work with the academy and physiotherapy is part of the program.
Can we visit TFL before deciding?
Yes, introductory visits are welcome: the residence, the training bases, a meeting with the coaches and a live training session. Agree the date with us in advance.
