An international residential academy running since 2000: every player receives an RFEF licence and plays official Spanish championship matches in a team of his level.
A quarter of a century of turning juniors into footballers
PFA has been running its high-performance program since 2000 under the patronage of the Palencia city council, as part of the Spanish youth club C.I. de la Amistad, which competes in the national championship. The base is Palencia, a calm city of about 78,000 people with one of the lowest crime rates in Spain: no big-city distractions, short distances, everything a player needs within minutes. Madrid airport is 1h30 away, Valladolid 25 minutes, Santander 2h30.

Official RFEF licence for every player
Each player, whatever his age, receives a federation licence (ficha) from the Royal Spanish Football Federation. The right to play regular Spanish championship matches. The academy handles the entire licensing process for foreign players.
Affiliated with professional clubs
Since 2021 PFA has been affiliated with professional clubs, whose reserve teams give academy players their first minutes in adult football.

Four pillars, one Spanish school
The method was built over 25+ years and is led by a head coach whose staff spent close to a decade inside professional clubs. Among the players formed here: Pape Diop (R.C. Celta de Vigo), Kim Young-Gyu (U.D. Almería) and Michal Figeľ (Rayo Vallecano).

Players compete in División Nacional and Regional, while the academy Juvenil side plays Liga Nacional against the academies of Real Madrid, Atlético, Getafe, Rayo and Leganés.

Weekdays follow a fixed athlete's routine; weekends are built around games and tournaments.

Football first — school on schedule
Academy players can complete full Spanish secondary and professional sports education alongside football. The diploma is recognized across all European countries.
Official Spanish lessons
Taught at Palencia Junior College and included in every program.
Sports Education Degree
Levels I–III at Palencia Junior College: a recognized qualification for full-season players.
Online school or university
Training schedules are adjusted so studies at your home school or university continue without conflict.
